 2012 SPRING CLEAN-UP MAY 19TH 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Bay County 911 announces BAY Alerts it's new emergency mass notification system AREA SEWER PROJECTS FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING MAY 1 - MAY 31 YARD WASTE PICK UP HAS RESUMED. CHIPPING PROGRAM HAS BEEN SUSPENDED ALL TRASH AND RECYCLING MUST BE OUT PRIOR TO 7:00 AM ON YOUR PICKUP DAY Trash/Yard Waste/Recycling will only be affected by the following holidays in 2012: Memorial Day, May 28th; Labor Day, September 3rd; and Trash/Recycling on Christmas DAY, December 25th.
