Duties of Assessor

   - The Township Assessor is required by law to assess property and process tax roll for
     not only the Township, but also Bangor Township Schools, Delta College, Bay County
     and other taxing authorities.
   - The Assessor's job is to arrive at an accurate taxable and market value estimate of
     Bangor Township property.
   - Access to a property allows the collection of accurate information and saves all
     taxpayers money.
