Bay County 911 is proud to announce, BAY Alerts, Bay County’s new emergency mass notification system. BAY Alerts is intended to notify residents of emergencies or critical situations and provide information regarding necessary actions to take, such as evacuation or shelter-in-place.
BAY Alerts can notify Bay County residents via land-line telephone, cell phone (both voice and text) as well as email. Currently, all available Bay County land-line telephone numbers are entered into the system. But Bay County residents wishing to receive emergency alerts via cell phone and/or email must register for BAY Alerts.

After you sign up, we ask that you encourage your neighbors, colleagues, friends and family members to sign up for Bay Alerts.
