Charter Township of Bangor

The Township Hall is used many weekends of each year by private residents for weddings and banquets. Rental information is as follows:

Rental Fees

Saturday - $400.00
Weekdays & Sundays - $175.00
Pole Barn - All Week - $50.00

All Hall Rentals Require a $100.00 Refundable Deposit

All Pole Barn Rentals Require a $50.00 Refundable Deposit

Alcohol

You must have security from a bonded company. We also need proof of personal liability insurance not less than $300,000.

Availability

Weekends - 1:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Fridays - 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. Sharp
Saturdays - 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. Sharp
Sundays - 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Pole Barn is available all week from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

50th Wedding Anniversaries

There is no charge if it is the residents' anniversary.
No Fridays or Saturdays
Security is needed if alcohol is served
$100.00 Deposit is required
Non-Residents are charged regular rental fees

Non-Profit Organizations

One rental per year allowed unless specifically requested.  A fee waiver must be made in writing and a deposit is required.

Weekdays Only
After 1:00p.m.
$25.00 for Residents
$40.00 for Non-Residents
